Modular Black Oxide Finishing Line

Modular Black Oxide Finishing Line

Overview

Burt Process Equipment engineered and delivered a customized black oxide finishing line consisting of eight process stations and a drain table. The modular system was designed to streamline surface treatment processes, combining precision heating, chemical containment, and control automation across a compact footprint. The entire line was pre-assembled on epoxy-coated steel base frames for easy site installation, with tanks and instrumentation prewired to a centralized control panel. This configuration also allowed future expansion of black oxide capacity.
