Solution
 
BPE provided six ChemPLUS chemical feed skids tailored to specific chemical applications, each preassembled and pretested to ensure performance and reliability.

System features:

Potassium Hydroxide Skids:

  • Triplex Skid:
    • Three Blue-White A3V peristaltic pumps (33.3 GPH @ 125 PSI).
    • Includes calibration columns, CPVC/EPDM Y-strainers, and back pressure valves. 
  • Duplex Skid:
    • Two Blue-White A3V peristaltic pumps with identical features.

Ferric Sulfate Skid:

  • Triplex Skid:
    • Three Blue-White A3V pumps with Viton elastomers and CPVC construction.
    • Designed for precise dosing with safety features like pressure relief valves.

Sulfuric Acid Skid:

  • Duplex Skid:
    • Two Blue-White A3V pumps with PVDF piping and Viton elastomers.
    • Built for safe handling of corrosive chemicals.

Defoamer/Neutra-Quat Skids:

  • Simplex Skids:
    • Two single-pump skids for individual chemical applications.
    • Features include Norprene tubing, calibration columns, and CPVC piping.

General Features Across All Skids:

  • Model 6PSEVO-400:
    • Preassembled on HDPE riser-leg skids with splash shields.
    • Integrated chemical labeling, flow direction markers, and informational plaques.
    • Equipped with 316SS pressure gauges, Makrolon splash shields, and ChemPLUS junction panels.

Startup and Training Services:

  • Onsite startup and training provided by BPE technicians to ensure smooth integration and operation.

Freight Option:

  • Freight for six skids
