High Purity Water Systems and RODI

Overview

Burt Process Equipment delivers comprehensive, prepackaged High Purity Water Systems and RODI systems to leading pharmaceutical, labs, government facilities, large-scale manufacturing, nuclear facilities, data centers, and higher education.

These systems are designed to meet stringent and diverse water quality requirements with a full suite of pre-treatment, reverse osmosis, EDI, DI polishing, UV treatment, degasification, ultra filtration, and loop distribution, all managed by a centralized automated control system. Each system is designed to meet different ASTM, CAP, USP, or custom client water standards.

Our systems are custom designed by our process engineers and overseen by our project teams from concept to installation to meet our clients’ needs.

  • System control panels are pre-mounted & pre-wired to the system skid & skid components
  • Electrical conduit, such as PVC rigid & flexible PolyTuff, is utilized for system wiring

Implementation

Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT):
Systems are rigorously tested at BPE’s facility to ensure compliance with client specifications and operational standards. Clients have the option to visit the factory to witness FAT testing.

Startup and Training (SAT):

  • On-site support includes:
    • System startup and operational verification
    • Training for client personnel on system operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Field Services: Installation is guided by detailed engineering documentation provided by Burt Process. Field service installations can also be performed by Burt Process technicians upon request
