Chemical Feed Systems Pre-Engineered

Chemical Feed Systems (also known as Chemical Dosing Systems) are essential components in wastewater treatment, designed to inject chemicals that adjust pH, remove dissolved or suspended solids, and support final water purification. The ChemPlus series offers durable, corrosion-resistant chemical feed skids engineered for reliability and flexibility. The ChemPlus Duplex model includes two metering pumps with either common or independent inlet and discharge configurations, while the ChemPlus Triplex model features three pumps for higher capacity or multi-chemical dosing applications.

Chemical Feed Systems, also known as Chemical Dosing Systems, play a vital role in wastewater treatment by injecting precise amounts of chemicals to adjust pH, remove unwanted dissolved or suspended solids, and support final water purification.

The ChemPlus Chemical Feed System series by Burt Process Equipment delivers reliable, corrosion-resistant, and highly adaptable chemical metering solutions designed to meet the most demanding process requirements. Backed by over 45 years of expertise in fluid handling and chemical processing equipment, each ChemPlus system is engineered for durability, accuracy, and ease of maintenance.

All ChemPlus systems are shipped as prepackaged polyethylene skids—lightweight, compact, and corrosion-resistant—with flexible pump configurations compatible with peristaltic, diaphragm, electronic metering, air-operated double diaphragm, or progressing cavity pumps.

ChemPlus Simplex: Features a single metering pump for precise dosing of one chemical into a process line or tank—an economical, space-saving solution ideal for a wide range of applications.

ChemPlus Duplex: Equipped with two metering pumps that can operate on a common or independent inlet and discharge. This configuration is ideal for dosing two different chemicals, feeding the same chemical into separate processes, or providing a redundant pump for uninterrupted operation.

ChemPlus Triplex: Incorporates three metering pumps for lead/lag operation, redundancy, or multiple-chemical dosing. It can also increase flow capacity by running multiple pumps in tandem.

Each ChemPlus system reflects Burt Process Equipment’s deep experience and commitment to precision, reliability, and long-term performance in chemical metering and water treatment applications.
