Standard Pump Lift Stations

Classic Series Pump Lift Stations are designed for applications where gravity drainage is not an option. Simplex and Duplex Lift Stations are engineered solutions designed to meet a range of pumping requirements.

Technical Overview:

Application Simplex: For installations where redundancy is not required. Duplex: Provides pump redundancy for reliability during high inlet flow.
Pump Operation Simplex: Single-pump operation, fully automated. Duplex: Alternating pump control with dual-pump high-flow response and automatic level recovery.
Tank Materials Molded HDPE or natural polypropylene
Chemical Rating Designed for aggressive chemical solutions
Alarms / Automation Duplex includes optional high-level alarm; both systems feature automatic control.

Simplex Units are for applications where pump redundancy is not required. Tanks range in size from 7 to 50 gallons and are available in molded high-density polyethylene (HDPE) or natural polypropylene. Covers are 1/2” thick bolt-down polypropylene. Simplex Lift Stations are completely automated and designed to handle the most aggressive chemical solutions. Most units are off-the-shelf and can often be shipped on the same day.

Duplex Units are for cases when pump redundancy is required for high inlet flow conditions and to eliminate downtime. Duplex Lift Stations come standard with alternating pump controls to even out wear and promote longer pump life. When the flow into the system spikes and the level rises above the normal pump turn-on setting, the system will trigger both pumps to run simultaneously until the level returns to the pump turn-off setting. An optional high-level alarm sounds when the liquid level rises above the second pump turn-on setting.
