Burt Process has been providing specialty wastewater treatment systems for over 50 years. We can custom-design a decontamination system for all Biosafety Levels (BSL 1 – 4). Systems typically include storage and batch-treatment tanks, along with all valves, instruments, pumps, and controls to safely decontaminate the waste.

Both chemical and heat-based treatment options are available. The batch treatment process guarantees full waste decontamination prior to final discharge. Batch sizes range from 10 gallons to hundreds of gallons, depending on the site demands, with storage tanks sized to ensure sufficient time to decontaminate each batch.

All units are designed to be simple to use, easy to maintain, and are custom fabricated to fit into existing locations. Typically, systems are fully assembled, piped, and wired on a single skid to simplify installation, but can be shipped in smaller modules to make best use of the available floor space as required.
