Metals Precipitation System

Multi-step pH neutralization and metals precipitation systems are available in batch or flow-through designs to handle varying flow profiles. These systems target heavy and precious metals—including copper, nickel, chrome, iron, gold, and silver—using processes such as pH adjustment, precipitation, flocculation, clarification, solids removal, and optional advanced resin and oil removal, with integrated controls and compliance monitoring.

Cyanide Destruct

Burt Process designs multi-stage batch and flow-through systems that safely reduce cyanide using advanced chemical oxidation. These systems fully neutralize the waste stream, converting cyanide to inert gases, and use redundant instrumentation to ensure safe, compliant discharge.

Bio Kills and EDS (Effluent Decontamination Systems)

Burt Process custom designs decontamination systems for all Biosafety Levels (BSL 1–4). Systems typically include storage and batch treatment tanks, with flow-through options available. Each system includes all required valves, instruments, pumps, and controls to safely decontaminate waste using chemical or heat-based treatment. Batch treatment ensures complete decontamination prior to discharge, with batch sizes from 10 gallons to hundreds of gallons. Flow-through systems handle up to 50 gpm for large-scale production facilities.
