Chemical Feed Systems Custom

Burt Process Equipment fabricates custom reagent metering skid systems for a variety of chemical feed applications. These systems are designed to handle precise dosing of reagent chemistries including but not limited to acidic & caustic reagents, while ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with environmental and safety standards.

Custom Chemical Feed Systems for Precise Reagent Dosing

Custom Chemplus systems are engineered to meet a wide range of operational requirements while ensuring smooth integrations & minimal downtime. Each system is equipped with simplex, duplex, or triplex dosing pumps. Burt Process will integrate a wide variety of dosing pump styles such as AODD, peristaltic, or diaphragm metering pumps along with accessories such as flow monitors & pulsation dampeners from any manufacturer to ensure that the desired reagent flow profile is achieved in a cost-effective manner.

System plumbing can be comprised of PVC, CPVC, polyethylene, or polypropylene for typical reagent chemistries. For applications with high temperatures or harsher chemistries PVDF, stainless steel, or coated stainless steel can be utilized. Options for double or triple contained plumbing & leak detection are also available to maintain EH&S standards for harsher applications.

Pre-wired & pre-programmed automation packages include custom UL 508A/689A rated control panels with Siemens or Allen Bradley PLCs & BAS communications modules while also following NEC/NFPA 79 standards.

To ensure a smooth equipment integration process, each skid arrives preassembled, pre-tested, & supported by a complete engineering package—including P&IDs, ladder diagrams, CAD layouts, and 3D models. For additional support Burt Process Equipment’s field service teams can provide start-up, IQ/OQ support, and operator training.
