Pol-E-Duc is a Dry Polymer Makedown System designed to meter, wet, blend, and activate dry polymers into a uniform slurry. Using automated PLC-based controls, it manages the full makedown cycle, including polymer feed, water delivery, mixing, and slurry transfer. The system uses a vacuum conveying method to pull dry polymer into the mixing zone, minimizing workplace dust and improving cleanliness.

At the point of polymer introduction, a visibility window and clump-filtering screen ensure proper powder flow and prevent fisheye formation in the slurry. The dry polymer is precisely metered to achieve the required concentration. The system is scalable from small batch manual units to fully automated integrated systems capable of several tons per day. Optional bulk bag assemblies enable handling of supersacks up to 2000 lbs with controlled discharge, safety restraint, and optional loss-in-weight monitoring.

Control options include standalone PLC operation or full integration with plant DCS systems, enabling localized or centralized batch management. Standard configurations are skid-mounted and ruggedized for industrial and mining environments. The system has been field-proven for over 30 years across papermaking, industrial wastewater, and mining applications.
