Features of our custom control panels include NEMA or stainless-steel enclosures for corrosive environments, high-quality components, audible and visual alarms, main panel power switch and indicator, and NEMA or IEC motor starters. Explosion-proof panels are designed for hazardous areas. For remote system access, there are modem and Ethernet options. We offer many control and alarm options as part of our industrial control panel design. This ranges from single point alarm panels and relay logic/instrument-based control units up to PLC/HMI and PC based control and data acquisition systems.

If you’re looking for a customized Underwriter Laboratories certified control panel, Burt Process Equipment engineers are ready to help you. The UL 508A standard is used to evaluate enclosed industrial control panels and certifies that components and construction are compliant with applicable NEC, ANSI/NFPA 70 guidelines. We received our UL 508A certification in 2002, which ensures that our control panels are made with UL listed or UL registered components and that the construction complies with the panel’s type requirement.
