Systems are delivered as fully integrated, skid-mounted assemblies, factory assembled and pre-tested to minimize installation time and ensure seamless integration with existing facility infrastructure.

Process Chilled Water systems provide closed-loop circulation and thermal regulation for critical industrial processes. Each system is engineered to meet specific flow, temperature, redundancy, and cleanliness requirements while maintaining long-term operational reliability.

  • Primary functions: Chilled water circulation, heat removal, & chilled water particulate management
  • Hazardous environment compliance: Options for explosion-proof instrumentation, pumps, & motors are available
  • Pump configurations: Simplex, Duplex, or Triplex pump configurations are available, depending on system redundancy requirements
  • Automatic operation: Pre-programmed PLC control panels can be designed to integrate with pre-existing process equipment to ensure minimal downtime and seamless operation
  • Closed loop operation: Conductivity monitoring, filter vessels, and sanitary materials can be utilized to maintain desired PCW cleanliness for closed loop operation

  • Scalable plate quantities for high-efficiency heat transfer
  • Ideal for applications with low temperature differentials or high thermal loads

  • Modular skid-mounted assemblies constructed from stainless steel or epoxy-coated HRS
  • Thermoplastic or metallic piping options including polypropylene, PVC, PVDF, carbon steel, and stainless steel
  • Plate & frame, shell & tube, or tank-immersed heat exchangers
  • Heat exchanger materials include stainless steel, titanium, PFA-coated stainless steel, and specialty alloys
  • Multistage centrifugal pumps ranging from 1/3 HP to 50 HP
  • Stainless steel wetted pump options available for high-purity or corrosive applications
  • Flow measurement options including Coriolis, electromagnetic, ultrasonic, or paddlewheel flowmeters
  • Pressure, temperature, and differential pressure monitoring upstream and downstream of pumps
  • Siemens or Allen-Bradley PLC platforms available
  • BAS communication support including BACnet, N2, and Modbus protocols
  • Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) for fluctuating cooling demands
